The heat mat is inside taped to the back wall of the enclosure (I use the large storage boxes) and it creates an incredible amount of heat the dial doesn't have numbers but I only put the dial to about 25% to achieve 25c in the enclosure average. The gradient is minimal probs around 1c difference between the front and back of the enclosure.</p></blockquote><p></p>
