I received my order from spidersworld this evening. I thought id ordered 9 but i had only actually ordered 8 [emoji53] never mind though, they all arrived safe and sound. I got 1 b.boehmei, 3 a.versicolor, 2 g.pulchra and 2 t.stirmi, here they are.

What a fine haul. I'm especially keen on the pulchra. Very striking and bulky.

Thanks everyone [emoji2] im really pleased with them. Im quite excited about the stirmis, i bought my first 2 as a juvi and adult so i havent had the pleasure of raising them from slings amd watching them grow until now.

Nice additions. Pulchra look awesome. I am trying to hold out for some T. blondi but they are like hens teeth atm. Hopefully finalising an order from Poland soon as week. How was the experience with this site, time from dispatch to arrival, method, packaging etc?

Ye thats very true, trying to find a t.blondi is like trying to find the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow lol. In all honesty i was sceptical about ordering from poland at first but this is my 3rd order from spiders world and each one has been spot on. Packaging is excellent. They offer a delivery called bus, which is basically a van drives over from poland delivering spiders to the uk. Ive used that each time. Standard delivery ships monday and arrives usually friday, bus delivery ships friday arrives saturday. The bus delivery option costs £4 more but it reduces the amount of time the spiders are in transit. Orion at spidersworld said they have never had a DOA from people using this delivery. It isnt on the website though, its £15 and you pay the driver when they deliver the package so what ive been doing is choosing the standard delivery option to complete my order then emailimg them to say i want bus delivery and instead of a refund on the shipping i paid, just choose a spider/spiders that equal the cost and add them into the package. Or you could just get a refund on the shipping cost if you chose the bus delivery. I highly reccommend spidersworld.

That is great information. Do they do the bus option even if you have not bought enclosures (I. E. Spiders only) I am looking at some in spidershop.pl. and they do the same courier for £15 but usually if you are getting enclosures and they bring the T's at the same time.

Yes the bus option is available for only spiders. Ive never bought enclosures from spidersworld anyway. It was actually them who emailed me after my first order with them, to tell me about the bus option, thats how i found out about it. Ive used that option on all 3 orders.

Maybe we should get our heads together next time, negotiate a large order with discounts and split courier costs....lol only down side would the be collection or resending by good old RMSD......just a thought maybe?

Sounds like a good idea. Well we dont live too far apart so maybe we could meet halfway or something. Its worth considering for the future.

I'm ordering containers from http://spidershop.pl/product-category/arachnids/slings/?orderby=price&lang=en at the end of this month if anyone wants to order Ts. All I ask is payment before I have to pay and I can mail them to you on the Tuesday or Friday with next day before 1pm delivery.

Well this will teach me to check my package properly in future. I thought id ordered 9 because id asked for a female LP to be added instead of my shipping cost reunded. I only got 8 (no female LP in my package) so i thought id message spidersworld to see if they had missed my message. They replied to say they sent her with my order. Ive just found my female LP still in the box lol. I got lucky there. I wont make that mistake twice. Shes fine though.
