I have two tarantulas, 1 adult female G. Rosea and, 1 sub adult avicularia avicularia male. I am wanting to add live plants to both enclosures, I'm just unsure about what plants are okay. Any suggestions or advice would be awesome.

Keeping live plants in a G. rosea enclosure would be really hard since they like their substrate super dry. When you had to water the plant it would make your spider really unhappy. You could probably get away with a live plant in the avics enclosure. I think most people that do live plants use pothos plants. Hope that helps.

I use pothos plants in both my G.Rosea enclosures with no problem. They are rooted into the substrate and watering just around it is enough to keep the plant going and everything else dry. You could always keep the plant in a pot and bury the pot in the soil of the enclosure. I also have Aloe plant now in my A. Seemanni enclosure and seems to work out well.
