Did it molt in transit? If it just molted then give it a week or so before feeding so the fangs can harden up.

Yes it must have. So it’ll be fine for a week. I did try to give it a very small roach and it refused it a couple times so I got the roach out of there. And is it normal to for them to be sluggish? I’d assume so after molting and the shipping process but I wanna be sure.

Yes normal for them to be sluggish and refuse food after a molt. Many of them decide to molt in transit. Its a dangerous time for them. Best to leave him alone as much as possible. They won't usually eat for several days after a molt. I'd leave him alone until the weekend.

And CONGRATS on the new spider!!! :T:

Okay thank you guys so much! I was a little worried but I feel better now. And I’m completely satisfied with this species. Already a beauty.

Also... the substrate they sent to me is a little damp. Not super damp but there is definitely some wetness there. Good environment?

Congratulations, It definitely molted in transit by looking at your pictures...give it about 5 days at that size before feeding. This will also give it time to get use to it's new home...make surface it has water to drink though.
