Mushroom????

Suddenly there's a mushroom in Bianca's enclosure! A mushroom! I always check it for mold, never saw any spores, didn't notice anything out of the ordinary when I left for work this morning, but I come back and there's a mushroom near her water dish?? What!? I removed it but should I rehouse her? Is this harmful to her?

I just remove them. As the cap has opened you may get more as it will have released spores but they won't harm your T.
