If you only have the one T.... Remove the water bowl, ensure any objects within the enclosure can not move/fall over(a little bit of a wobble should be ok) then just put it in the car with you, that way you can regulate the temperature somewhat and keep a close eye on it. This is assuming you will be driving, driving somewhere local and within a day.
I moved 10 tarantulas from Pennsylvania to Florida. It took us 14 hours of driving and we split it into 2 days. All my Ts made it just fine. They all stayed in their enclosures and I took them into the hotel with me that night. I removed water dishes and any decorations that I thought might me harmful to my Ts if they wobbled. Most were slings at the time, but moving Ts is easy peasy!
