Stop the water bowl overflow. Once the unsightly stuff is there it's there. I have had one spood, Megaphobama Robustum, that started molding and he/she dug and upturned the entire enclosure which help reduce visibility of the stuff for minute but it will return as long as it's damp! I don't like coco fiber personally and moved away from it years ago. A re-house is another option. I have done this as well but the mold always seems to move with the spood. Removal with a spoon with what you can get at I do as well. Sometimes with a Cyriopagopous/Melopeus this can quite the task. They can be  seriously bold! If it's a smaller spood I would deal with it till time to re-house.</p></blockquote><p></p>
