Mite infestation issues

Hello experts, I'm relatively new to the world of tarantula keeping, so I still have a lot to learn. Recently, I've encountered a particularly frustrating issue—one that's quite unsettling, to be honest: mites! I'd like to ask a few questions and would greatly appreciate your expertise.

  1. Where do mites actually come from? I carefully inspected soil that had been stored in a sealed bag for a month and found no mites. I also examine the cockroaches and other live feeders every time I offer them, and they appear completely clean. Could they originate from inside the tarantula itself?
  2. What I’m currently observing looks similar to facial sebaceous filaments in humans, but these are milky white and slightly translucent—almost purely white. Could they be saprophytic mites?
  3. Do saprophytic mites and parasitic mites look the same? In the context of a terrarium, do their origins differ? Also, if saprophytic mites are not removed or the tarantula is not relocated, could they harm the tarantula? Is there a risk of them spreading to other enclosures?
Or perhaps they come from dust in the air? Haha, maybe I need to invest in an air purifier.

The above English translation was provided by AI, as my own English is prone to errors. Thank you very much!

This sounds like springtails & if so, far from being an issue. They are natures clean up crew.
