Friday the 13th! We are having a party for Misty, my very first tarantula I ever got, he matured and got his hooks 2 years ago today! 
I know his days are numbered now but he is still eating well and very active so far - evident by the speed he zoomed out of his enclosure onto my dress the other week
I wondered how long Tliltocatl albopilosus males tend to live once they have matured? I'm not sure of his age, I have had him about 4 years and he was a juvenile when he came to me.
Note: I only handle my tarantulas if they volunteer, then am careful to keep them low to the ground.
