Terms of Service:
-Local pick-up (Tallahassee, FL), or shipping via FedEx to the lower 48 states.
-Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
-Shipping quotes provided via reptileexpress.com.
-Shipping days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
-Tracking number and label picture will be provided on the day of shipment.
-Due to summer temperatures I will not ship to a residence.
-Live Arrival Guarantee on animals shipped via FedEx overnight express to a FedEx center.
-To qualify for LAG the buyer must provide proof of Dead on Arrival within 2 hours of available pick-up from FedEx center (photo or video with needle in carapace or abdomen).
-In the case of a DOA the cost of the animal will be refunded; shipping costs will not be refunded.
-I am not responsible for any FedEx shipping delays, damaged packages, lost packages, and/or stolen packages.
-I reserve the right to refuse any sale to any person.
-All sales are final.
-Payment transactions via Paypal (please add 3% if not paying via friends/family), or Venmo.
