Mexican red rump lost a leg in molt

Hey there guys and girls I have a mexican red rump and in there most recent molt which was 2 days ago when I removed the molt I realised they have dropped a leg(sorry about my shody photography skills) I have attached photos of the molt and her enclosure I just wanted to know why this happened and if there is anything I am doing wrong many thanks

It happens, don't worry the leg will grow back in a moult or two.
