Mexican Fireleg not Molting

Hi All, I've got a 5yr old female Mexican Fireleg. She's been in pre-molt phase for 6 months almost now. I'm growing concerned. Her substrate and water sources are good. I say on the Eastern Coast of South Africa. So our humidity and heat is ideal.

What can I do?

There is nothing you can do. She will molt, when she needs to. It is perfectly normal for laid back species like Brachypelma & Grammostola to be pre molt for several months. Even beyond a year.
