Hi all, I’m now pretty convinced this is a boy, but I can’t tell if he’s matured or not.
I think I see emboli, but no hooks.
And hes a bit leggier than I thought at first.
Is this emboli or am I seeing things?

M. Balfori do not possess tibial hooks but your baby definitely looks to have its emboli. You catch it flipped over on its back again it will be sperm webbing. Have caught a couple of my MM doing this.

Thanks! I did ask in another thread if balfs get hooks and was told yes!
Time to find him a girlfriend then!

I’m sending him off, so not doing the breeding myself.

There was originally 3 in the gang, one passed young, the other passed a few months ago, so I assume he was a male too. This one is the last.
I would like to get some more slings.
