Lack of Terantula/archnid pokemon

I've been a pokemon fan for about 3 years and when polemon X and Y came out I thought: there is only one spider pokemon (aridos I think) and it is not a good representative for a spider. Maybe colula a terantula polemon. I got the name from collosal and terantula. Who's with me?

You're very right that there isn't yet an arachnid pokemon. That would be a really cool addition to the game!

Spinerek, but hes just a little spider... and that was from silver when I was a kid. Also theres joltik I think hes called, looks like a tarantula but I think hes a tick lol. Oh the memories

They should make more tarantula pokemon for sure.
