I was able to get one on sale! They do look stunning mature. I love asian fossorials, so I figured why not this one for my first arboreal. Go big or go home.I really like this species and it's high on the want list!! I love all black T's! Old world or new world!
My Phormingochilus Arboricola just blows me away when I catch her out at night! Since I have all my T's in the same room, and I usually keep a steady 77 degrees F. sometimes warmer in the summer, she is out in the day sometimes as well and look similar to L.Carpenteri. Funny my Aspino..... Phormingochilus Rufus stays out most all the time since!!!! Life is good!!I was able to get one on sale! They do look stunning mature. Damn, 77? I'd roast in that. I only do like 70 tops in my spider room. Do you think warmer makes them come out more on display? My Phormingochilus Arboricola just blows me away when I catch her out at night! My T's were in a couple different places and temps usually run 72 to 74 average before the move to the closed off room. I do think the shyer ones have come out more. Couple I still see rarely though. My big P. Irminia seems out more. By far my 2 most reclusive are my P. Ecclesiasticus and Pelenobuis Muticus. The Muticus (my large female) I believe is really just settling in after bout eight months or so. I know she is coming out more because she either flips her water dish or fouls the heck out of it every night or so it seems. Lol. Such is caring for T's. Happy Spoodering!!Damn, 77?
