oh yeah those are the sling/juvie cages. I don't like them either. that vent is the wrong spot and can be a hazard for the Ts. I like how you've set them up though ;)

I switched to Amac boxes. They make them the same size and you can drill your own vent holes. I have our avics in those and the Pcam will be moved to one after it molts. I have the Pcam in one of these now and it reminded me why i had tossed them in the closet to use in a pinch.
Thank you. As soon as I can get new cages I'm rehousing them! I was thinking of the critter cages, making my own into an enclosure. If I don't think that will work I'm buying Jaime's adult cages and being done with it.

I'll have to Google Amac boxes.

containerstore.com has them. i won't buy from there ever again though, their customer service is total crap. I use Kritter Keepers for some of my T's that have outgrown the amac boxes. I like them. I just ordered 2 large ones to use for when the B. boehmei outgrows his current KK and the 2nd for whatever T needs it.

Once they're able to fit into their final adult enclosure i'l be ordering more of these large ones from Jamies.
