This may be a dumb question, but my nhandu coloratovillosus juvi is already putting a few strands of web around his burrow entrance, is this a sign that she's happy and healthy? I only unboxed her about 6 hours ago and I've never seen a tarantula lay web so early

A tarantula webbing means a tarantula is webbing... doesn't mean that it's happy or anything (they don't have emotions,) some of my ts web up the catch cup when they are getting rehoused, or if they are just in a new environment ;). A better sign that they are settling in would be if they are digging or expanding their burrow.
