I think the abdomen is too damaged

So my A Chalchodes came out dark this molt. There's no hooks or bulbs but she was confirmed female on Jamie's tarantulas, and a lot of people are saying that usually when they turn dark they're male so I'm very devastated if thags the case and kind of pissed at the seller. by the time I pulled the molt out (the day after) it seems like the abdomen is too damaged

I may be wrong, but this might be the flap?

T's will generally look darker just after molting as thats when the hairs are their freshest and brightest.
I have a male and a female, the male is quite a bit smaller than the female. I obviously don't have anything to scale your pic, but it looks on the larger side to me.
I'm not an expert but would guess its a female

I was able to briefly open that flap, is that a sign? Also she's about 3"+ maybe slightly larger after the molt. I'm hoping she is, thank you so much again!:) It really helps put me at ease

males don't have a flap, just a closed line, so if you were able to move the flap up & down, I'd say for sure a female.
