I think hes dead

My tarantula isn't moving. It hasn't spun a web so I don't think he's in premolt. He is 5 yrs old. How long should I wait to see if it is for sure dead?

You refer to it as he, do you know that it is male? Does it have spurs on its front legs? If the answer is yes, then the chances are he has just reached the end of his life unfortunately.

When he has matured and his an oap.And the spider has had his last molt, it's sad to say you don't no how long he has left.
