Could it be Aphonopelma seemanni sp blue. I can only really go by the bluish colouration on the legs.

Theres a Aphonopelma burica...costa rican bluefront tarantula. Could possibly be that...I'm not real familiar with them. A good picture of the chelicerea would probably help with identifying it.
