Anas a 3 3/4 inch red knee pet shop rescue.
When I brought her home I ended up rehousing her three times in three days.
She hates me, deservedly so. Thinks I'm a predator or giant pest at best.
When she's out, if I make a quick move she dashes 1/2 way to her cave.
Same if I roll the tank out, it's on drawer slides, or open the top.
She's close to molting, been 48 days since last meal, and the other odd behavior I've read about.
I've read when they molt, some times they get laid back and relax.
Should I try an feed her, when it's time 1-2 weeks, with the tongs and get her to realize I'm the food source? I have no interest in handling any bugs, but would like her to feel secure.
What do you folks think?
