Just got my lovely Juvie A.Avic today but the pet shop has no idea how old it is other then it's in Juvenile stage so I thought I'd ask if any of you guys might know?

No idea, they just ordered it in for me & when I asked them about age, last fed, sex etc they said they don't get that information when they order it in.
