How long until a t violaceous reaches maturity?

Can someone give me a range of time that a tapinauchenious is expected to reach maturity? I think I read somewhere that it has happened when someone was able to breed them at a small size also. Im wanting to get an idea when it might be ready to breed.

Females get quite large for Tapis. They get bigger than P. reduncus or P. pulcher. My girl is nearly 6 inch DLS. She likely matured with her previous molt when she was 5 inch DLS. I have only had females. Sorry, I know nothing about males.

I think my t violaceous is about three inches. Purchased about 8 or so months ago as a tiny sling that would take down fruit flies? I think it could be a female but not molt sexed it. For both male and female senarios, about how much time until maturity and breeding age?

It's two dimples on the opposite side of it's abdomen are not yet apparent. I'm about to rehouse it into a critter keeper.

As the owner of multiple specimens ofi T violaceous your individual is far from mature

This species is sexually dimorphic which means the male will turn more of a brownish Gray when he matures while females will turn a deeper purple

My mature male is over 4 in if not five inches in size while my mature female is closer to 6 in size. I consider these the larger end of the medium sized non-avic arboreals, only bested by P cambridgei, Pseudoclamoris and Poecilotheria sp.

I have a question about mine as well. Think its been almost 2 years. Id say 3½- 4inches. Sorry these pics suck and im in class right now but pretty sure its a female. Nice deep purple colors still. How much longer till shes mature or is she already mature

She looks close. I would give it one more molt before trying to pair her.

When the spermatheca is dark from a collected molt the female is sexually mature no matter what her size.

3” t violaceous is mature female (young adult female capable of breeding). Used to have plenary of them a while back. Easy to breed to. Here’s some specimens I had couple yrs ago. They’re around 3-4”. But it’s always good to judge base on spermathecae in every sp.

Heres better pics i got. I wanted to rehouse her but not gonna lie this is definitely the definition of teleportation but i have a cylinder enclosure with an led light i want to put her in thats taller and larger
