Help my tarantula is stuck in molt

Okay so this morning I noticed my tarantula molting but when I got home earlier I noticed it was in the same position.. now I’ve realised that it is stuck and I don’t know what else to do, I’ve put them in an icu type thing with damp paper towel and closed box with holes in but I don’t know how long to leave before checking if they have gotten out yet, please help

keep the humidity and heat elevated. put him in a dark, quiet, low-stress area. not too much more you can do than that. check every few hours or as you have time
