Help is my obt dead

My obt enclosed itself about 4 ago its molted burried a new hole up this week. But today i discovered its not moving or reacting and in death curl posistion my sun tiger next to it is fine.

Does she/he have full water dish that has 1 side of substrate that is moist? Is it okay if you can take a picture of her?
