Hi all, I am a brand new T keeper, and have no idea what this T is. Was wondering if anyone could help? I live in California, so I Believe it to be of the Aphonopelma group.

That pic doesn't help much, the flash washed all the color out. Looks like a mature male.

Are the colors represented in that photo accurate, or is the flash producing the brilliant golds?

Could it be a mature male Aphonopelma reversum or Aphonopelma eutylenum? If I'm not mistaken, the males of A. eutylenum head out to mate in the fall, so if you just found it, that could be your spider. The A. reversum have more of a bronze coloration that may produce that gold beneath the flash.
