I doubt I could find one in the US, but a Sydney funnel web would be interesting. I don't have the nerve yet for a Phoneutria fera.
If you really want an A. robustus, I could give you an email via PM, I believe its required to prove you are over the age of 18 and E-sign a waiver.I doubt I could find one in the US, but a Sydney funnel web would be interesting. I don't have the nerve yet for a Phoneutria fera.
Interested, but would need to wait until next month as I just spent nearly $300 at a recent show. Are they slings? If you really want an A. robustus, I could give you an email via PM, I believe its required to prove you are over the age of 18 and E-sign a waiver.
I do have a Selenocosmia Crassipes, is the husbandry much the same?If you really want an A. robustus, I could give you an email via PM, I believe its required to prove you are over the age of 18 and E-sign a waiver.

Is such antivenom available in U.S.? Perscription required? I also have an H. Hottentotta and a death stalker. I am very careful with them as I am with all of my old worlds.I can't really give you any advice husbandry wise as I have never kept them, and Im not fond of the google ninja-ing / parroting care notes on species I have no experience with.
I just know where you can aquire them.
What I can recommend is, with species like this, I would advise you to somehow get a hold of antivenom to have on hand, like some "hot" snake keepers do, because showing up to a local US hospital with an exotic snake orr spider envenomation isn't ideal, as the only antivenom most US hospitals have on hand is crofab for viper/ rattlesnake envenomation. They won't have antivenom for Atrax sp like most hospitals in Australia would.
Considering the high mortality rate before the antivenom was developed in the 1980s for Atrax
It would be in your best interest to be safe.
Not trying to give medical advice by any means, this is just my .02
