I have had my G. Pulchra sling for about two weeks now and last night it had the first sucessful molt since I have had her. How many molts will it take till it starts to turn black?? right now its pretty brown with a slight black shade.....im going to assume it will be awhile.

I've got 30 G pulchra with an average size of about 1-1/4 inch LS and these are very dark brown..
Some of the slightly larger one at around 1 -1/2 LS are now getting the slightly fuzzy legs and turning black.

Between 2"-3" they will get black. By the 3" mark they look very much like tiny adults. A 1" sling will grow to 3" in less than one year with regular feeding and warm temps, 75-80F.
