The title is finished collection not finished collecting ;)

We have now ordered everything on my son's and my must have list

My son was watering the T's tonight and noticed that we had 19, 10 mine 9 his. So we were discussing what he had to have on his list now to balance it out at the 20 we had agreed on stopping at. He was jealous about my H. triseriatus (it was written on his list but i hadn't written it down so i cheated ;)) so i told him about the H. sp columbia.

he looked it up, read the care sheets online then went to look at pics and came running into my room and said yes that's perfect, when can we order it?

So just a few minutes ago i placed an order with Paul at petcenter for one 3/4" pumpkin patch sling :) He should arrive Tuesday.

Not sure how long i can hold out not ordering any more lol but i was to experience and enjoy what i have now before getting more. I want them to at least all grow up into juvenile sizes, or that's the plan for now, until i order more slings.

Congrats to your son on the new little one. Resisting the temptation to buy more is so hard!! I'm trying desperately not to buy more tiny slings but I'm down to 3 in vials now and I do miss not having loads of tiny ones.

You know, I started looking at ya'lls slings a few months back, and I said the same thing, Enn. I missed having slings. I now have 18 new slings and my newest shelves are full..

I've said things like that to myself as well. Good luck with trying to be rational about spiders :)

Major accomplishment! Congrats. I went through a very similar process with my collection. I even laid out my enclosure rack to suit each species I was going to acquire. It was very satisfying and completely done. Time to just sit back and enjoy them. :D

Lasted about a week. Then I got another rack. And then another....

And grats on the Pumpkin, you guys will love it. Great appetite, great webbers, but as slings they are fast and will rabbit at any opportunity.
Mine must be broken....she stays in hiding, comes out to web everything so nothing can sneak by her then hides again.

Mine is the same, apart from seeing its butt through the bottom of the container, I've not seen it since it came :(

You're killing me!! my hands are getting sweaty just thinking about getting a new babe, but I told myself I would stop at 10 and I am at 9 so whatever I decide to go with will need to be the last one at least until my two mature males pass at that time I can replace them.... Ugggghhhhh decisions decisions. Congrats on all the new babies that is one sexy collection

Well Having seen threads and responded on line to all of you previously......I can hostrly say I dont believe a word lol.
You are all "arachnoholics" like me. I was supposed to stop at 3. 16 so far, about to press "pay" on another 3 and so @Enn49, @SasyStace, @RedCapTrio,@Kymura @Denny Dee, @MassExodus, @kormath ......I wish you all the luck with your self discipline - and look forward to other posts in the near future with all the new Ts you are NOT supposed to be getting......ha ha ha ha ha
Who will be the first to crack I wonder?

I'm actually very pleased with mine, all six are doing very well, eating like Lp , and while they do web tunnels and hide, they are out more often then not. Mine are next to me right now, check this out :
