Roes hair will some times fast so as long as it is not losing weight it should be fine. And i feed all my tarantula 5 inch and under 1 large cricket a week. If you need to know any thing else just ask.

Depending on how big your Ts are, all of my Ts are 4.5" to 6" females and i only feed them once a month. If yours are smaller then of course a more frequent feeding is suitable like once or twice a week.
