Glass enclosures are usually too big for a sling.
I use deli cups for enclosures. They make it much easier to feed and take care of them until they're ready for a larger more expensive enclosure.

I have one the same size it’s just glass. I was just wondering if the glass gets too hot or cold compared to plastic
Nope, all of that depends on ambient temps. Glass is fine, plastic is just much easier,(ventilation) and cheaper, to use. Slings and juvies outgrow their homes quickly, which is why most folks use plastic until moving them to their final home. I prefer glass myself.
