I feed my T's 2-3 dubias a week and my slings 2x2 pinheads a week. My LP gets fed more than id like to admit though :p

I'll agree with Bast, on feeding. If they get cold during winter, hold on. You may not see them till Spring. First time I started , my new T's buried themselves. I freaked, since they haven't eaten in 3 months. Little did I know they hibernate, this was 8 years ago and a newbie, then. Dug them out and they were fine, gave them a meal but were pissed. Bottom line. One meal once a week or maybe wait a few weeks is fine as well. But give them a little extra if they wait so long.
