Does not G rosea Molt without a heat mat?

i was told on some other forums wich is more for scorpions so im not sure if theyre trolling me or if its true so i had to ask here, a guy told me that G rosea doesnt molt if i dont have a heat mat, is this true?

i was told by kenny to leave the light off in the cage and dont use any heats so the dirt i have as substrate changes by it self by time.

Tarantula dont need any lights or heat mat. It will molt with out them.

They will molt fine without heat mats or lights.
