I've got a few Ts that rip up everything and move it around. Some of my Ts leave everything alone. If there fake plants you can use a hot glue gun and glue them down or use magnets.
You can try giving the T more room and a bigger hide in a larger enclosure.
When my L Klugi got to big to hide inside of her skull and was in the 3 gallon enclosure, she went hog wild and flung substrate everywhere. In addition to that, she had a burrow and would spend a lot of time hiding there.
I rehoused her in a 5.5 gallon enclosure, provided a larger hide and some frog moss in open areas.
She hasn't wrecked anything since and stays out in the open perfectly calm and content.
