I have the perfect cage for it and Jamie's has them for only $28. The size is .75"-1"unsexed.

She also has confirmed females for $95 that are between 3 to 4 inches, but I'd have to get another ExoTerra nano tall enclosure and it's more fun to watch slings grow up.

It'll be interesting to compare this one to my pokies.

In my opinion these have the most wicked paint job of the new worlds. Really cool looking. Mine was a hider and a bit defensive, but not bad. He was good about coming out as long as the lights were out and it was quiet. Matured out, bred by a friend and eaten, unfortunately. Good choice!

Unless you sex them you won't know what sex it is until the ultimate molt. The males look the same until then. I've had a hard time sexing mine because they don't toss out their molts. Maybe someday I'll get a molt....:D

I have one about an inch now and I haven't seen it since I got it. It built a burrow at the bottom of the stick and only comes out at night. I know it is coming out as the food keeps disappearing and about once a month there is a molt laying there.

I guess I got lucky. Mine is out and visible about half the time.

Aside from the great color, what I like most about them is their active and aggressive hunting technique. Mine actively hunts and chases down prey. He just knows its in there when I drop it in.

I'm able to retrieve the molts from mine, so I'll grab the next one and try to get a decent pic.
