Can you HEAR your tarantula molting?

I just found Bianca flipped on her back deep in her burrow. I'm not exactly thrilled that she chose such a small space to molt in but I figure she knows what's best. So I'm leaving her alone to get to it when I hear this noise. I can't really describe it. It's kinda like a popping/tearing, like if you were breaking styrofoam apart with your hands coming from her enclosure. Is that the sound of her molting?

Just for the record I should say this so I'm not called out for not mentioning it. Just because your spider is on it's back does not mean its molting. I have seen many of my spiders on their backs doing weird things...like burrowing.
