Species? Age? When was the last molt? Is it eating? Is it drinking?
I don't mean to be pessimistic, but sadly, if it is impacted there's a very poor prognosis. I've never heard of anyone actually saving a T once it gets bad enough to notice. Not to say that it hasn't happened, but there's really not a lot you can do if it's due to an internal deformity after a molt.
I bought here December 23rd of 2025 and she ate the next day only one cricket not very big either and she hasn't eaten since it is a striped knee tarantula
I think you're way ahead of the time to worry. A "striped-knee" usually refers to the species Aphonopelma seemanni. (You should get used to using the species name. The common names vary dramatically across the world so when you say "striped-knee" nobody can really be certain what species you're referring to.)
An A. seemanni of that size doesn't need to eat all the time, and very often won't. I have one right beside me on my desk as I type this. She goes months without touching her food and then suddenly can't get enough crickets and roaches into her mouth. Then it's back to another month or two of hunger strike. That species really likes to just hang out in their hide and wait for a meal to wander by. They can go a long, long time without eating. Not eating isn't really a concern.
A much more important issue is water. Many T's need a consistent source of water, especially ones that go a long time between feedings. They can take in water from the air through their book lungs but if the humidity in their enclosure is too low they can become dehydrated faster than you would think. Do you have a water dish in the enclosure? Is your T drinking from it?
The anus and spinnerets of your T will get a crusty white buildup. My Xenesthis sp. Blue female ( the pain) passed from this ailment I believe. I tried taking a paintbrush to her arse and cleaning her up and stopped feeding for months. Her crusty butt would seem to get better but the crusties would return. She flipped to molt ( been over a year) and thought she might have a chance. Later I returned to find her flipped back over. She crawled into a corner of her enclosure and stayed. I thought to myself she would pass away here and sadly she did. Still not over that loss by no means! Not the money! That was my baby girl and I miss her .
