Can anyone name this spider??

Looks like a widow (Latrodectus sp.) of some sort....brown widow maybe? It appears as if she has had a sac. I'm certain that a male wouldn't be that close to momma's sac.....unless the sac is old and already hatched out....looks like a female to me, though.
