Hi guys. I'm working on a species range map for the many native Costa Rican Theraphosid spiders. I'm looking forward to posting photos and discussing range, habitat conditions, diet and behavior of these spiders right in their native lairs! Here's a common A. Seemani I shot last Sunday near Sarmiento.

Thanks you guys. I'm really stoked on the wild spiders here. They are always prime examples of their species. Heres a spider I found roaming around my apartment yesterday: Very rare to the pet trade and historically notable, the Sphaerobothria hoffmanni
