I have a Brazilian black, if that's what you're asking. I've held her, she's very docile. Almost lazy, but she does take down large prey like a beast.

Common names are confusing. Do you mean Acanthoscurria brocklehursti? If so, they are great ts. They grow fast and love to eat.

I think they were referring to the op
Yes, I was referring to the OP. Acanthoscurria brocklehursti is often called Brazilian black and white (which is what the original poster asked about). Although, I have also seen Nhandu coloratovillosus called a Brazilian black and white. This is why common names are no good.

Well, the title of the post was "Brazilian black or Brazilian black or white." Common names are fine, as long as people know how to read.

I understand the confusion common names cause... I have a "Brazilian Black and White" sling, sold to me as such, and I have no idea what it actually is. I bought it when I was very new in the hobby and just did not know any better. Had the little dude been sold to be using a scientific name, I would at least have known what I have today! I love him / her anyway.

Yes that's what the title says but if you "read" the actual post, in the post he asks about the brazilian black and white.

Yes, I noticed that. I assumed it was an error on his part to not include the Brazilian black in the post since he was obviously thinking of it when he came up with the title. Either way, it says Brazilian black in large black letters heading this page. I really don't care, it's suddenly unimportant.
