My Tarantula finish molting 3 days ago at first she was hiding in her den so I couldn’t really see her but today when she finally came out I notice that in her back she has a bald spot not only that but it elevated a little bit too. I don’t know why this happen but if anyone know please let me know. Thank you

Do you have any older pictures where that area is visible? I'd wonder if there was a wound or something.

Failing that, I'm still thinking along those lines in that maybe something impacted the development of the exuvia in that spot, or something caught on them while they were still fresh post-moult. I'm theorising though, thinking its essentially a hernia, but I'm still pretty new and someone who knows better may think otherwise, or else have more to say on the matter.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
