I am trying something different with my Avicularia Avicularia and Avicularia Versicolor. Both of them are still tiny little slings so i don't put them in glass enclosures but in small plastic containers. What i do is I turn the container up side down and put my peat in the lid. I drill enough air holes and then I attache some bark and plastic plants to the bottom of the container for them to climb and web in. This way you don't have to disturb your tarantula each time you open the lid since i noticed that they tend to web up against the lid. it has worked great for me. Is any one else doing this or does any one else have an idea? :)

I've never done that since when I got my versi sling I bought an enclosure as well, but if I was getting another I would definitely go that route. Great setup!
