Any xbox experts here?

I'm having trouble with a game not working correctly, anyone here an expert on these things?

I loaded a game on my Xbox x from a disc. It has the extra dlc content (extra missions and maps, etc) but when I play the game none of the extra stuff is there.

If I go into the Xbox settings menu the extra stuff says installed.

I’m not an expert, but it could be the game wants you to do something specific before accessing DLC content.

I do not play games. So just a thought, but does the DLC need unlocking? Sometimes on programs, you need to go into settings & unlock the extra parts of a program.

I've played this game years ago on an older Xbox 360 and there weren't any in game restrictions to access the stuff. You could do it at any time

Only other thing I can think of is a bug of some sort. Maybe reinstalling it could help, if not, I would consult an Xbox forum specifically.

Update, it's been working great ever since. I've been through 3 of the dlcs no problem.

Picked up titanfall2 , so tomorrow while I do a tune up on the wife's car I'll have that installing.

The sad truth of gaming as an adult. Spend so long with adulting that game time is rare and filled with updating

New problem. when I open a game, Any of my games, when it would normally say "syncing cloud storage " instead I get a "can't sign in" error.

Anyone got suggestions?

My daughter had this, she had signed out & back into her account & when that had not worked she then found it was her wifi at fault. Do you switch your wifi off regularly? If not, try that as a start. Next, think about loading a wifi analyser app onto your phone. As it could be, there is another strong wifi signal on the same channel as the one you use.

Reset the console. It kept the games. But lost all my saved files. And still won't sign in on 360 games
