I bought a 6 year old female monocentropus balfouri with a large zoo med enclosure. More suited to arbourial spiders. The whole set up and spider cost me only 50 quid and i have to confess i mainly bought it for the enclosure. When i got her home she dpent a few weeks dping some rearranging but now she just stays in her tunnel and does nothing. I see very little sign that shes doing anything including eating. Thought it was premoult but i broke into her sealed off tunnel the other day and found her shed carapace. The rest of the shed must be in her tunnel. She had a strike at me when i had a mess about so she isnt dead. Just a lazy so and so.... Can anybody tell me is this a norm for them to have these sulks. Im used to it from my chilea rose
