My 3 have are about 1inch long and have 2 inches of coconut fibre substrate. I used half a clay pot for hides and dug down a little which they've all taken to. However they have 'bulldozed' a bit as well. Usually they're chilling in their hides although they do tend to wander out at night (If I get up at night and turn the light on I check on them) sometimes.
