They've taken taken their time to arrive, I was expecting them at the end of last week, but the Ts are all fine although not such good news on the scorpions but that is for the Scorpion sub forum.

Firstly the T I ordered and have been wanting for a long time. Meet Kourou, my little Ephebopus cyanognathus. This one teleports . It moulted in transit.

Then 2 unexpected additions

Nhandu chromatus, Tupi. Trying to give it a nudge out of the paper and it calmly wandered onto the tweezers and refused to budge. This is my 3rd chromatus.

Chilobrachys sp. Blue Vietnam, Han. This was a lovely surprise as I already have the sp. kaeng krachan, both known as Vietnam Blue so it'll be interesting to see the differences develop as they grow. Han almost made a successful escape bid, running all over the place eventually running up my arm. My son and I searched everywhere and I was beginning to think it was lost until my son spotted it on my elbow just where I couldn't see it, and managed to cup it. It's already chomping on a cricket.

congrats on the new arrivals. Super jealous.....I sold my blue fang a few months ago and regretted it ever since. Looking for another as I type......lol. I am even going to try and get my old one back as I have another T he is interested in so I may have to play hard ball and try and get my blue fang back. TB are offering Nandos as a freebie if you order (while they are on holiday for 10 days?!?!) But I don't hink TB will get my trade for a long time.

Thanks Hun. Need a Golden Red Rump too and I think they have them. Have not bought from Poland due to work but have some leave in August which means I am hopefully at home a bit more so may give it a go. ☺

A word of warning. They usually dispatch on the Monday and they can arrive Thursday but if they get caught up at the Heathrow distribution centre they can take 9-11 days.

I've not had a DOA yet except for one of the scorps I got today, Ts have all been fine. They all seem to make sure they have plenty moisture for the trip and are well packed in polysyrene boxes.

That sound pretty good. Must admit the species you posted that had made it on your must have list (can't remember off the top of my head what they were) but I was ready to push he button on 3 of them but when I mailed thay said no LAG so that put me off a bit. Your experience has reassured me somewhat though now. ☺

Of course if you order some containers from spidershop.pl the Ts could come with them and only have a 24 hour journey nice and safe in a van

A better photo of the Ephebopus cyanognathus. I thought it would burrow straight away but no, it's decided it's arboreal and sits right at the top almost in the lid.

Congrats on the new spiders! I just have one word of advice; don't put the E. cyanognathus near anything you don't want spider poop on!:p Mine actually shoots her poop out of her enclosure, and some pretty impressive distances too. Everything is awesome about this species, except that you only really get to see them at like 3 AM, but whatever, it's a great treat when you do.:T:

Haha, thanks for the warning. This one hasn't hidden away yet but it moulted in transit so I'm guessing it's not feeling up to digging yet
