Toms great! Another GREAT You Tuber is " Dave's little Beasties". Both are simply awesome!! Both my GBB ladies have ample room in their enclosures and if you have an old world T that acts super feisty a rehouse sometime can do miracles! My female Harpactira Cafreriana benefitted greatly from a...
Transfer of old enclosure hides, webbing, etc. definitely helps a T's transition. Done it multiple times and the T migrates to the familiar surroundings inside the new! Great for T's to settle them in!!
My T's were in a couple different places and temps usually run 72 to 74 average before the move to the closed off room. I do think the shyer ones have come out more. Couple I still see rarely though. My big P. Irminia seems out more. By far my 2 most reclusive are my P. Ecclesiasticus and...
My Phormingochilus Arboricola just blows me away when I catch her out at night! Since I have all my T's in the same room, and I usually keep a steady 77 degrees F. sometimes warmer in the summer, she is out in the day sometimes as well and look similar to L.Carpenteri. Funny my Aspino...
The Nahndu Cerradensis last I seen was pricey! This spider had my attention before I started caring for the ones I have (Nahndu's). If possible one day I will get one but might be a minute. Happy Spoodering!
Your T could also still be lethargic from the molt. The bigger the T the longer the process, recovery, etc. And as stated above if T is, has ,or about to molt leave them be. It's very important to the T's well being.
I bet the night crawlers were a mess!! Lol I had heard they could be used as a feeder but seems like the mess wouldn't be worth the "squeeze" if you will. The crawlers should be good for moisture content I would think. Great if the T's getting close to molt. Keep rocking them T's!!!!
