Thanks a lot @bbbs53
She has stopped eating and has not eaten almost 10 days now. I still put in crickets or small roaches every week and let them be there till they die. I fill up the water all the time. If it happens when I am there at home then I am going to capture it in time lapse.
Thanks Enn! She has never kicked hairs at me though. She's so nice. I was just worried about her. Will wait and see how she molts.
Thabks again @Enn49

Hi Experts,
This is a pic of the abdomen of my Brachypelma Albopilosum adult female. She has not been eating for more than a week now and I noticed this weird spot on her abdomen. I do not know what it is.
She is gentle as usual and has no problems walking or climbing my hand and sitting on my...
If you know @Enn49 then she has one of the most amazing collections of Ts and she is in the UK too. Enn told me about Casey actually.
Oh and Casey is amazing. I got my female G Pulchra from her and I call it Midnight and it is amazing.
Welcome to the group. I am a pretty new T parent as well and I have 5 Ts in less than a month now. Hahaha yes it is extremely addictive.
Mine does not burrow any more just sits outside and as I have posted in my thread is more like a dog and lets me pet her.
Welcome to the group!

Quick update on my Brachy Albo female. I have named her "IT" not because she is evil but as most people exclaim "What is it?" upon seeing her. Well it seems that she is the best spider a beginner like myself could have ever got! She is like a dog as in she kind of recognizes me. She lets me...
Lo I do not really know as I have not had crabs. Worth a try I guess but I doubt they would come off. I just read about them and seems they kind of burrow inside the hair follicles to prevent being extracted. But worth a try.
I find it easier to pull out hairs. My mom used to have a garden and more often than not I would have caterpillar hair. I always used this method to pull out the hairs without the Barb's staying inside and causing swelling.
Also most hair/Barb's contain proteins that cause the reaction with the...
