    Who's molted today

    My P. Regalis molted again two days ago. It lost a leg when it was a tiny sling. This is its third molt since losing it. It grew the limb back but its always just a slightly smaller and non functional leg. It grows, but stays pretty much smaller in the same proportion to the rest of it legs...

    That is amazing. The video is gorgeous. That solid black spider is the one that made me order my first slings like 7 months ago. My g. Pulchra just molted again and it's starting to get its darker coat. It's little behind is already jet black and fuzzy but the rest just isn't quite there yet...

    Thank you for your input. I'm pretty confident that it will continue to grow. My major concern is whether or not the new legs will continue to be deformed. I'm thinking that the new tiny limb is only deformed because it's been regenerated under the exoskeleton with no area of it's own to take...

    Thank you very much for your reply. It also puts me at ease know that this is coming from a person with experience in this exact circumstance. I guess I'll know something soon enough when it molts again. Can't imagine that being too far off considering the lil regalis is only about 1.5" right now.

    Hello, I'm pretty new to keeping tarantulas. My baby P. Irminia has just molted into its mature colors but it's still only about 3.5" molt couldn't be saved any educated guess and insight would be greatly appreciated.
