This little cutie pie is growing so fast! I got her in Feb this year and she has just molted for the 4th time! (Pic captured on 5/17 when i moved her to her next enclosure)!
She is in California with her biological mother, currently. She is 18, so not a minor. Apparently, the pet shop didn't know what they had or what to do with it. She said the guy didn't know anything about spiders. Sad part is, is that it's common. I am nowhere close to her, though. I'm east US...
My daughter bought this T from a pet store that told her that he was a Thai Tiger, and afterward apologized and said he was a Vietnamese black birdeater. He is quite mean, which is indicative of the Haplopelma genus. I would like to know precisely what she has, so she can properly care for him...
I've got a feeling that you may be right! I want more lol.. My arboreals are about juvie, but my birdeater is a 3/4" sling. I'm going to wait until she is bigger before I get more..
New to the family! I have 3 Ts and I just adore them!
Lasiodora difficilis- Brazilian Fire Red Birdeater
Psalmopoeus victori- Mexican Half and Half, aka Darth Maul
Avicularia avicularia- Pink-toed
Lots of research!! Doing well thus far!
